Okay I am wondering if I will make partner this time. I have applied two times and got rejected. On the second application they said I need to create original new video.I do AppStore App Reviews,Unboxings. So they said original new video. So I added iPhone 3G Case Reviews and Apple Accessories. Do I qualify now ? Should I wait till I get to 1,000 subs then apply ? Also what should I say in the application ? This is a quick paragraph I made real quick.
The reason way I am applying for Partnership is the following. I create original videos,I own the copyright to all audio and video distribution. All audio is only used for demonstrations and I have all the right and copyrights for the audio.I also create original new video on youtube such as Apple accessories, product reviews etc. This has been my goal for a very long time and I have worked very very hard for this.I have tryed to do my videos as best.
Please help me here is my channel

So, let me get this straight: They said "ORIGINAL" "NEW" video.
And your idea of "original" and "new" is to unbox an iPhone case
and some accessories?
Sorry to burst your bubble, but there’s nothing "original" or "new"
about opening a box and filming it.
You also wrote that you "own the copyright to all audio and video
distribution". I didn’t go through your videos, but are you trying to
say that you wrote/composed any and all music in those videos?
Not only that, if you "own" the copyrights to them, that effectively
means that anytime somebody clicks on one of your videos, you
are owed "royalties" by either ASCAP or BMI — unless you have
relinquished those rights (which then defeats the purpose of your
claim that you own the copyright). Be careful with what you write;
YouTube has billion-dollar troubles with copyrights.
There are 2 other very important points: Do you have "expressed
written permission" and official clearance from Apple to "promote"
their wares "publicly"? Are you an official distributor of theirs? Or
are they an official sponsor of yours? If neither, you had better be
careful with what’s called "trademarks" and "intellectual property".
You may want to carefully read every single word of this link:
www . apple . com / legal / trademark / guidelines for 3rd parties . html
http://www.apple.com/legal/trademark/guidelinesfor3rdparties.html
The other point is that you sound rather young in a couple of the
videos (if that is indeed you). Are you over 18 years of age?
You won’t get partnered right away you’re youtube page says you started like 5 months ago it will take a while.
And you should deff have more subs you on have like 600. You need more. and that doesn’t mean going and asking people just make more videos it takes time.
by a new way they mean in a new creative way… there are many "review" youtubers… do something creative…
